When will my package arrive?

We will ship you package as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks processing and shipping time on all items. We will send you tracking information once your item has left our facility and is on its way to you!

I ordered the wrong size item, what do I do?

If your order has not been shipped out yet email us at will@lonesomewest.com and include:

Your order number
Name on the order
Email the order was made with
The new size you are requesting

I need to change my shipping address, what do I do?

You can change your shipping address if your item has not already shipped. If you would like to change your shipping address, email will@lonesomewest.com and include:

Your order number
Name on the order
Email the order was made with
Your request and new shipping address.  

How long does shipping take for US orders? 

Once your order ships from one of our warehouse, most items are delivered to the customer within 3 - 7 days after the item ships.
